Emma Hartvig is a Swedish-born, Berlin-based photographer orchestrating unexpected photographic compositions that recall both advertising photography and film stills. Representing a new generation of young contemporary photographers, Hartvig’s work features bright colors and clean compositions, in which a hidden narrative compels the audience to conjure the missing frames in their imagination.
