Built on a multidisciplinary approach to design, Swedish brand All Blues creates luxury jewelry handcrafted in Stockholm by expert artisans at a third generation foundry. Founded in 2010 by friends Fredrik Nathorst and Jacob Skragge, the brand was soon picked up by Acne Studios, with whom All Blues launched an international collaboration for Spring 2015.

The brand’s recent micro collection named “Ruined Omelette” consists of four pieces made out of one “egg”: two halves of the cracked eggshell, the yolk, and the egg white, all in solid 925 sterling silver and 18ct gold. The inspiration came from Nathort’s kitchen, when in one Sunday morning he accidently dropped his breakfast ingredients. At a time when fashion is seemingly obsessed with food – from Dolce & Gabbana’s pasta prints to Anya Hindmarch’s fur-egg bag charms, –All Blues’ new collection elevates one of the most mundane types of food to the realm of collectible jewelry. In fact, Ruined Omelette pieces are accompanied by a limited-edition cookbook, featuring a recipe for an upscale omelet created by Stefano Catenacci, Chef des Cuisines at Operakällaren, a Michelin-star restaurant in Stockholm. And while the shelf life of All Blues’ collectible confections is designed to outlast Catenacci’s elevated but ephemeral culinary wizardry, Ruined Omelette is a collection to be devoured by fashionistas hungry for style.

The collection is exclusively available at fine-jewelry boutique Quiet Storms in Brooklyn and online.
